2014 Sugar Ruffles Highlights

Here are just a few of my favourite wedding cakes from 2014. I enjoyed working with lots of lovely couples to design their wedding cakes!



Here are some of our 2014 brides & grooms cutting their Sugar Ruffles wedding cakes.


I created the following four cakes in 2014 for Cake Craft Guides- ‘Wedding Cakes & Sugar Flowers’ and ‘Party Cakes’ Magazines.

My autumn cake with sugar pinecones, autumn leaves and sugar sunflower was featured in Party Cakes Magazine Issue 21 as an exclusive step by step tutorial.

My tropical cake with sugar hibiscus flowers, frangipani flowers and shells was featured in Party Cakes Issue 20 on the cover & as an exclusive step by step tutorial inside the magazine.

My silver scalloped beaded wedding cake with white and silver peony sugar flowers was featured in Wedding Cakes & Sugar Flowers Magazine Issue 19 as an exclusive step by step project.

My dove grey wedding cake with petal ruffles, a large white sugar rose, brunia berries, dusty miller and hydrangea flowers was featured in Wedding Cakes & Sugar Flowers Magazine Issue 18 as an exclusive step by step tutorial

I am really excited to be continuing as a contributor to Cake Craft Guides in 2015 and look forward to creating four new exclusive tutorials!




I was also featured in the Cake Masters Magazine August 2014 Wedding Cake Special Edition with an exclusive Interview.

Sugar Ruffles was featured in Torty od Mamy Magazine in November 2014 with an Interview and step by step project.
